Suitable for clients who require only the basics for hosting their website. This is ideal for customers who have entry level websites, low traffic demands and in-house technical resources to manage the hosting and website. You will be provided with a control panel which provides full control to administer and manage your hosting.
ADVANCED HOSTING
Suitable for clients who require high performance hosting their website. This is ideal for customers who have more advanced websites and/or higher than average traffic demands. This service includes all the same features as our basic unmanaged hosting but with greater server resources and higher server specifications.
BASIC MANAGED HOSTING
Suitable for clients who require basic for hosting their website. This is ideal for customers who have entry level websites, low traffic demands but lack the
in-house resources to manage the server and website. This includes server monitoring, and server up-keep tasks like updates and vulnerability patches. It doesn’t include any support or maintenance for site code (WordPress etc)
ADVANCED MANAGED HOSTING
Suitable for clients who require high performance hosting their website. This is ideal for customers who have websites with higher than average traffic demands. This service includes all the same features as our basic managed hosting but with greater server resources and higher specifications.
SUPPORT
PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT BASED ON YOUR NEEDS
BASIC SUPPORT PACKAGE
We will provide up to 2 hours support time for content management or SEO use. This is only available to clients who have websites developed by us.
INTERMEDIATE SUPPORT PACKAGE
We will provide all services outlined in the basic pack, with the addition of up to 2 development hours each month for more advancedtechnical support (wordpress core or plugin updates, or technical site changes)
PRO SUPPORT PACKAGE
We will provide all services outlined in the intermediate pack with 6 Development hours for ongoing website development plus 4 content management hours for keeping your content fresh.
